"Summary"
In Australia the meteorologists are trying to solve for a climate change. They used a royal purple to denote an off-the-chats high temperature of 50 degrees Celsius, so as you can see the picture on the left side. The goal of this whole thing is to reduce greenhouse gas emission to restrain future warming or even begin to draw down carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere. But the challenges of this is achieving that goal is large green house gas emission are intimately related to fossil fuel which is the motor of the global economy. Another problem that the meteorologist is facing is if they indeed possess the know-how, they have yet to employ it. As the years past by the global greenhouse gas emissions continue to grow fast than ever. Meteorologists have lost time, and that time will cost them, both in terms of the cost of combating climate change and the ultimate impacts.

I choice this article because it's fantasizing how people are trying to find a way to change the climate. I also learned some new stuff as I go through the article such as "global growth may be vital as societies strive to bring modern energy to the 2 billion or so people are still reliant on wood, dung and kerosene for their cooking and lighting needs". Also the as Steven Davis said that "The only real solution to climate change is to stop dumping CO2 into the atmosphere altogether, and if we want to begin to restrain global warming, we better get started- and soon".
This article tells us about the effects of having carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Most of the researches such as the meteorologist are trying to find some ways to solve this problem that we are having. It's kind of complicated if we keep throwing tons and tons of CO2 while we are trying to find the solution. So we have to be quick and put this kind of problem first before it's to late.
